Anna Cherubin is an Attorney in Becker’s Community Association Practice. She counsels condominium, homeowner, and cooperative associations on their daily business operations and transactional matters. Ms. Cherubin has broad experience working with common interest developments including representing clients in complex construction defect litigation actions, commercial and residential landlord/tenant matters, and conducting presentations on the Fair Housing Act.

Representing associations in their day-to-day legal issues, Ms. Cherubin advises clients on matters involving governing document interpretation and enforcement, compliance with state and federal law, implementation of community operating rules and policies, and contract negotiation. As a former Licensed Sales Associate for RE/MAX, Ms. Cherubin also has substantial experience representing buyers and sellers in all aspects of real property acquisition and disposition.
