Becker & Poliakoff and CALL’s 2014 Legislative Guides are now available for viewing and printing.   There are four separate Legislative Guides—one for condominium associations, one for cooperative associations, one for homeowners’ associations, and one that addresses all three types of shared-ownership communities.   The Legislative Guides include the following features: 

  • Links to videos, including one of Rep. Moraitis, the sponsor of this year's main community association bill, HB 807, Relating to Residential Properties.
  • Links to the legislative websites where you can access the final "Enrolled" version of the bills.
  • Links to the legislative websites with the biographies of the bill sponsors.
